By accessing this website or submitting a service request to decaDrone for Development in Drones L.L.C, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Provision

decaDrone provides UAV operations, aerial data services, and consulting under a UAE economic license. All services are subject to UAE aviation regulations, GCAA requirements, and applicable local permits.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate mission location, scope, and site access information
• Ensuring relevant permissions and land access rights are in place
• Complying with all applicable UAE regulations related to the mission

3. Intellectual Property

All aerial data, imagery, maps, and deliverables produced by decaDrone remain the property of the client upon full payment. decaDrone retains rights to use anonymised project data for internal development and portfolio purposes unless explicitly restricted.

4. Liability

decaDrone operates with full safety compliance. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from data use or operational delays caused by weather, regulatory restrictions, or third-party interference.

5. Payment

Payment terms are agreed per project or service contract. All prices are subject to UAE VAT where applicable.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates.
